Central Brighton project

Focus Building and Development are currently working in partnership with Grainger PLC to fully refurbish and upgrade 84 apartments in central Brighton. The work consists of extensive external upgrades including services, new lift, all windows and a new roof.  A full redesign and refurbishment on all internal layouts and features. Working in conjunction with our sister company Focus fire Risk Managment we are also carring out all passive fire protection and the replacement of all fire door sets within the building.

BM trada Certification

Focus Building and development now have both a BMtrada fully certified and trained Fire door installation specialist, and a Passive fire protection specialist.

Yellowave's new Pavilion

Focus building and Development in partnership with Yellowave Volleyball centre are pleased to announce the completion of their new pavilion clubhouse . The Yellowave Clubhouse offers an open, light and airy space available to hire. The single storey, wood clad building has uninterrupted sea views. Floor to ceiling windows open up onto an outside deck overlooking the Yellowave beach volleyball courts. The beach feel provides a unique space to host a meeting, run an exercise class or a group get-together.
